Hi friends We are looking for help to support our pink ribbon project for more info follow the instructions on the picture. We are hoping Australia will be a major crontributor to finding the cause and helping to cure many people of cancer around the globe. Why a zero fat or very low fat diet is no good.

We defined a very low fat diet as anything under 10% of the total calories from fat. On
2400 calories per day, that?s 26 grams per day or less. On a fat loss diet of 1500 calories, 10% is only 16 grams of fat per day. Our teams have frequently consulted with clients who were so proud that they only ate 10 or 15 grams of fat per day. A few even boasted with glee to be eating almost zero grams!
